
PERSONAL TRAINING
Perfect for the individual, a pair or trio. Personalised and effective training, correct techniques shown and fresh sessions to help keep you motivated. All fitness levels are welcome and guidance offered around working with chronic injuries. KMPT Fitness can target sessions for sports specific training and goal targeting.

GROUP TRAINING
Our group fitness sessions are guaranteed different session every time. All fitness levels welcome and adjustments can be made for injuries or special requirements. Sessions are fun, enjoyable and a great way to get fit alongside friends, family or colleagues.

FITNESS BASED BOXING
A fun and challenging fitness activity to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and general boxing skills. Go as hard as you want with guidance around form and posture. High intensity training including body weight work and a strong focus on core work.

RUNNING BASED TRAINING
Do you have a running goal in mind but not sure how to reach it? Running based training is for anyone from the couch sitter to the prospective marathon runner. We can work on skill and technique, all while increasing your fitness and pace. Sessions include interval work, hill climbs and set distance & timed runs.

PRE/POST PREGNANCY
We help you reclaim your health and vitality as a mum, before and after the birth of your baby.
